Born and raised in Vernon, Michigan, I’ve always felt deeply connected to this community. Having been away for many years, I've dreamed of sharing my passion for ceramics with my neighbors, and today, that dream is a reality.

With over 15 years of experience shaping clay, my journey as a ceramic artist has been an exploration of form, color, and texture. After immersing myself in the vibrant pottery scene of North Carolina and Kentucky, I've returned home to Michigan, inspired to bring my knowledge and love of ceramics back to my roots.

At my studio, The Blue Lotus Pottery, in downtown Vernon, I offer pottery classes for all levels. Whether you’re a seasoned potter or a curious beginner, I believe everyone has the ability to create beautiful pieces.
